Shipping and payment

Once the order has been placed and payment has been made, the shipping process starts immediately so that the order is on its way as quickly as possible. Our logistics team usually processes orders placed by 15:00 on the same day, as all our items are in stock. The standard delivery time for a UPS parcel is between one and three days. For delivery on the next working day, we offer express delivery with DHL Express.

Orders that have to be shipped as bulky goods or by a forwarding agent may take a little longer, as these items require special handling.

SHIPPING COSTS
Within Germany, we do not charge shipping costs for standard parcel shipments from an order value of €20. We deliver to many other countries for a flat-rate shipping fee of €29.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Each shipment must be checked for completeness and intactness immediately upon receipt and acceptance must be refused in the event of visible damage. If the damage was not discovered immediately upon receipt, it can also be confirmed within a maximum of seven days by a damage report from DHL or UPS.

Please inform our team at info@jopesch.de or +49 2361 890470 about the damage so that we can submit it to UPS or DHL. This will help us to assert any claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
